Boys and girls lacrosse are preparing for their upcoming spring season.
Girls lacrosse started conditioning in the late fall and have workouts monday and wednesday each week. “We’ve been pushing pretty hard,” junior Jackie Duckett said. “Our coach is a trainer at Flex City in downtown Lansing. She takes her workouts from there and makes us do them. They are pretty challenging.”
Boys lacrosse started their conditioning in the beginning of December and have their workouts every thursday. “We work probably 7/10,” sophomore Nolan Kelley said. “I mean it depends on how hard you push yourself.”
Along with their weekly workouts, the players also put in time on their own. The girls season officially starts March 13 and the boys season starts the week before.
