Black Student Union is holding a water drive to help the residents of Flint. The water drive is running until May 25. Anyone can bring in cases of water to help the Flint citizens.

“I think a lot of people have forgotten that Flint is still going through a water crisis,” said BSU president senior Meraf Ketema. “Even in parts that aren’t affected anymore, people are still very paranoid about their water, so their still buying water.”

To get credit hours National Honors Society members can bring one case of water equivalent to one hour, the max amount of hours members can receive is four. Donators can bring the water to the classrooms of English teacher Ms. Barthol or art teacher Ms. Hammond.
